Kelli Gott - kelli@adoptionteam.comI have had many jobs in the past, jobs I enjoyed and at which I was successful, but I never felt passionate about any of them. But when I began working in the adoption field ten years ago, I knew that I had found the work I wanted to do when I grew up! I am grateful every day to be involved in the adoption process, and for the small part I play in making dreams come true. Working with each birth mom during her journey, and treating her with caring, compassion and respect, is a very important part of what I do. When our clients and birth moms leave Hawaii with happiness in their hearts, then I know that I have served them well.

It has been my enormous pleasure to assist birth parents in making and carrying out adoption plans for their children, and to help adoptive parents to have the families they never thought they could.
