Myth: You do not get to meet or choose the adoptive parents.
Truth: If you wish, you will choose the adoptive family and you will meet the family that will adopt your baby.
Myth: You are not allowed to see or hold your baby after birth.
Truth: We will help you understand and document your expectations regarding exactly what happens with the baby after birth. Basically, these type of decisions are yours to make, with our guidance.
Myth: You will not be able to name your baby.
Truth: You may name the baby at birth. You will also receive a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate listing the name that you have chosen.
